Why I love enterprise design
Enterprise software isn't chosen. It's assigned: the system a job runs on, for hours every day. People can't leave, so how you design it matters more.
I like designing inside that complexity. Roles, permissions, workflows, legacy, compliance, real risk. Finding clarity where the business and the people using it both get what they need.
At work
Currently Director of Product Design at CloudTax in Ontario, Canada. Before that I was Chief Design Officer at Ollyo and Design Systems Manager at BuddyBoss: multi-product teams, systems, and products used by millions.
